We tell the story so often, that sometimes we forget how important how we began is to what we've become. Realty Solve began with a core team of investors at the beginning of the housing bubble burst in the Arizona housing market. As fix and flip investors, we developed a powerful platform that combined the perfect blend of powerful technology, team collaboration tools, accurate data collection and centralization of information.
As our initial organization began to grow, we realized that our system would prove to be powerful for other investors as well. In 2010, we transitioned from an investor to a service provider to investors and opened up the technology the investor market in Arizona.
As the distressed real estate crisis moves throughout the nation, so does Realty Solve. What once was known as Realty Solve and only available in one county in Arizona, is now available in known as Realty Solve and is available dozens of counties across the nation. As we expand, we continue to learn from our customers, improving our services and inventing new ways to spread transparency and better the way real estate is bought and sold worldwide.
The genesis of Realty Solve began with building a better mouse-trap for the foreclosure bidding industry. At the core, our company both internally and externally constantly works to find solutions to problems and hurdles. We know that we can only remain an outstanding company by working together to provide better solutions for each other and our clients.
